The Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative (NECC) has a Licensing Toolkit program that provides materials, guidance, and support to help unlicensed and potential providers fulfill state licensing requirements, meet health and safety standards, and become part of a professional network for family child care business owners.

NECC also provides a Roadmap to Quality Care along with downloadable templates essential for initiating and sustaining a thriving family child care business.
