The Nebraska Department of Education staff will attempt to respond to questions within 48 hours of receipt (during normal business days) with:
- An answer, and
- Links to documents and appropriate web pages, or
- Specific arrangements for providing responses in time-frames greater than 48 hours if staff availability is an issue.
