Preschool Special Education (Part B 619)
Preschool Special Education provides specially designed instruction and related services for eligible children with disabilities ages 3–5 to support their learning, development, and participation in early childhood environments. Preschool special education supports children in areas such as communication, social-emotional development, behavior, motor skills, adaptive skills, and early learning. Services may be delivered in a variety of settings, including inclusive preschool classrooms and community-based early childhood programs, in collaboration with families and early childhood professionals.
