Low Incidence Disabilities

Low Incidence disabilities refer to disabilities that occur infrequently in the general population. The low incidence disabilities in the state of Nebraska are:

Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Blind/Visually Impaired, Deaf/Blind, and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Low Incidence disabilities require specialized educational and support services to meet their unique needs.
