Pathways to Careers

NEW - Labor Market Navigator!

The P2C Labor Market Navigator, developed in partnership with the Nebraska Department of Education, offers every school district in Nebraska access to the powerful Labor Market Navigator (LMN) platform. This dynamic resource provides essential data to support districts in their reVISION process—the CTE comprehensive local needs assessment—empowering educators to build new community partnerships, personalize student pathways, connect education with industry, and strengthen and assess CTE program alignment.

By leveraging the Labor Market Navigator, districts gain access to up-to-date workforce data, enabling continuous evaluation of Local Workforce Alignment, Element 2 of the reVISION assessment. Analyzing alignment with local, regional, and state in-demand industry sectors helps districts ensure that CTE programs are of high quality and responsive to the evolving needs of Nebraska’s future workforce. Please visit the reVISION web page for more information about the reVISION process in Nebraska.
