The Local Perkins Application must be completed by all secondary and postsecondary CTE providers seeking federal funding through Perkins V. Local CTE providers (districts, consortia, and community colleges) receiving a Perkins V grant have submitted and received approval for their plans for the 2020-2024 academic years.
