Please log onto your portal accounts and go to the “My Profile” tab and check to make sure your contact information (especially the email address) is up to date. It is very important to keep this information updated as the Department of Education uses the email address that is in the users’ Portal account to send vital information.

24-25 Year End ADVISER SPED Validation Errors

This is a courtesy reminder to check your ADVISER SPED Validation errors to ensure correction prior to the data being locked on June 30th. Ensuring all errors are corrected is the responsibility of the District. This communication is intended to support your efforts in submitting accurate and complete data.
If you do not currently have access to ADVISER Validation in the NDE portal, please contact your Portal District Administrator (typically the Superintendent) to obtain access.
Need additional support?
- The NDE Service Desk is offering ADVISER Workdays to assist with Year End cleanup. Additionally, a ticket can be started by emailing NDE.ServiceDesk@Nebraska.gov.
- Part B Data Office Hours are available for one-on-one support.
- SPED ADVISER Validation Resources are available to explain the errors and warnings and provide guidance on how to resolve them.
