Our Educator Certification Team works hard to provide customer service within 2 business days.  Each email received by the main address will be entered into the HelpDesk system and assigned a ticket that will be assigned to one of the staff members.

Please note that sending multiple messages or voicemails will not expedite your response.

All general communication should go through our helpdesk. If you are wanting to reach out to a specific analyst, please address that in your message. It is important that you chose only one form of communication with our office. This helps us ensure that all communication is handled in a timely manner. If you leave multiple messages, it may take us more time to get back to you.
