State Board of Education Meeting

School Financing Review Commission

The Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) is seeking input on Draft #1 of the Nebraska Arts, Physical Education, and World Language Standards.

The NDE’s Office of Teaching, Learning & Assessment has been working alongside Nebraska educators to revise and update Nebraska’s College and Career Ready Standards for Arts Education (2014), Physical Education (2016), and World Language (2019). A draft of proposed revisions is now available for public input. Feedback from parents, employers, community members, and educators is an important part of the standards revision process. Data generated from the survey, including written comments, will be considered as NDE staff and Nebraska educators continue their review of the draft and legacy standards.
