Science Education Grants, Awards, & Contests
World Food Prize Nebraska Youth Institute
This program allows students to connect with local leaders and experts on critical food security challenges.
If you know a high school student interested in science, government, economics, agriculture/natural resources, or technology, this opportunity could be perfect for them! With the guidance of an adult mentor, students will write a 3-5 page paper addressing a specific challenge in a focus country, along with proposed solutions.
Participants will be eligible for scholarships to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources and may be selected to join change-makers from around the world at the World Food Prize Global Youth Institute in the fall.
