Systems-Involved Youth Team

Finish Strong, also known as LB 296 (2025): Nebraska legislation that created the Centralized Education Records System for court-involved youth, established registrar positions within the Nebraska Department of Education, and expanded pathways to diploma completion. The law amended Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 79-303.01, 79-729, and 79-1054.
