Fees Effective
(May 5, 2013)
Applications shall be accompanied by the following:
- Initial (Inaugural) Application to Operate: Fee: $360.
- Additional Fee: $135 for each program of study offered.
- Regular (Renewal) Application for Authorization to Operate: Fee: $220.
- Additional Fee: $75 for each program of study offered.
- Initial Agent’s Permit for Schools Located in Nebraska: Fee: $150.
- Agent’s Permit Renewal for Schools Located in Nebraska: Fee: $150.
Other fees that must be submitted when applicable include:
- Approval to operate a branch facility: $135.
- Late submission of a regular application for authorization to operate: $149.
- Accreditation or reaccreditation: $300.
- Initial authorization to award an associate degree: $135.
- Significant program change: $40.
- Change of name or location: $150.
- Addition of a new program: $135.
Fees for out-of-state schools:
- Certificate of Approval to Recruit: $1,515.
- Initial agent’s permit for out-of-state schools: $300.
- Agent’s permit renewal for out-of-state schools: $300.
