Transcripts

For Nebraska Schools ONLY

The Nebraska Department of Education maintains student records for most closed Private Postsecondary Career Schools in Nebraska, except those licensed by other state agencies.

If you would like a copy of your transcripts from the Department of Education, print the Request for Transcripts form and follow the instructions on the form.

OR

Send us a letter requesting an official copy of your transcripts. Include a statement authorizing the Nebraska Department of Education to release your transcript, your name while attending school, the name of the school you attended, the address where you would like the transcript sent, and include a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 made payable to the Nebraska Department of Education. Please send your request to:
