Continuous Improvement: Team Leader, Team Member, and Host School Training
Join the NDE Accreditation team for an immersive day exploring tools to support continuous improvement. This session is for all educators involved in Nebraska Continuous Improvement, whether leading, serving on, or hosting a five-year visit, regardless of experience or place in the cycle. We’ll cover the Host School/ Team Leader Responsibilities Handbook, visit preparation, team building, and strategies to finish the cycle strong.

Guidance Document for the Financial Literacy Act
The Financial Literacy Act was signed into law on August 28, 2021. Its requirements, including the high school graduation requirement, took effect beginning in the 2023–2024 school year. The Act mandates that every student complete at least one five-credit high school course in personal finance or financial literacy before graduation. This requirement is applicable to students graduating in 2024 and beyond. See the guidance for this act written by the Social Studies Education team: Financial Literacy Act Guidance
