Conference Evaluation
Provide us with your feedback via the conference Evaluation form! We will begin planning the 2023 conference later this fall and will make decisions based on your input. Complete the form promptly while your conference reflections are easily recalled.
Certificate of Participation
The conference Certification of Participation is now available. Attendance in-person or virtually will give you 7 hours of professional development credit. Simply fill in your name on the fillable form, save, and submit to the person in your organization responsible for keeping records of your professional development hours.
Conference Recordings
Recordings of the opening and lunch plenary and streamed workshop sessions will be available within the next two weeks. View recordings of sessions you were unable to attend, or to review what was learned during the conference.

In-Person registration closes September 12 at noon.
Virtual registration will remain open.
Group Registration Form – If registering a group, you may use this form to collect your information before you start the registration process.
There are two options to join the conference.
In-person conference registration ($80) includes:
- Access to over 24 conference break-out sessions
- Opportunity to network with representatives of 25 community organizations who will share resources available statewide to support your programs
- Personalized business cards to use as you network with community organizations and afterschool educators
- Breakfast, lunch, and valuable door prizes.
Virtual registration ($45) includes:
- Access to more than 15 virtual break-out sessions
- Participate in live-streamed sessions throughout the day of the conference including opening and lunch plenary sessions
- Technical support available throughout the day of the conference
A block of rooms has been reserved at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites, 108 3rd Avenue, Kearney 68845. The group rate is $119.95 per night for 1-4 guests. Complimentary breakfast is included. To make a reservation, call 308-237-4400 and request the room block for the September 16th GetConnected Afterschool Conference in order to receive the discounted group rate.

The event website is the central information hub for the Nebraska Afterschool Conference. In addition, you will have access to the live session rooms, our help desk, and additional resources and downloads.
HOW TO CONNECT
Check out the “HOW IT WORKS” page linked on the event site home page. Also, make sure your computer and internet are set to allow embedded videos and that your Zoom is up to date. If you have any issues or questions, reach out via the “Help Desk” tab on the event site.
HELP DESK/SUPPORT
The event team will be available during the tech check period and regularly scheduled sessions via our virtual Help Desk. Access to the Help Desk is open from within the event website.
