Continuity of Learning Plan – Non-Public

A Continuity of Learning Plan describes the temporary actions that support the continuation of teaching and learning for all students due to an interruption of normal school attendance center operations. Continuity of Learning Plans are to be submitted using this submission form. The form is intended to take less than 15 minutes to complete, and it allows schools to provide links or upload documents. Continuity of Learning Plans are due by Friday, April 3^rd.
