Family Leadership Institute

The Family Leadership Institute (FLI) is a multi-faceted educational program focused on providing families with the knowledge, tools and inspiration to help their first- and second-generation children succeed in school and in life.  Recognizing and respecting the changing demographics throughout the U.S., we also offer a multi-cultural approach for all families.

The FLI primary objective is to teach parents and caregivers the art and skill of family leadership in support of academic achievement and life success.

If you would like to host a free in-person or virtual Family Leadership Institute Program in your community, please contact us.

The Project ASSETS FLI, Family Leadership Institute, held a graduation ceremony for the 4th Cohort on Friday, November 22, 2024 at the Metro College in Omaha. Many parents and families attended. A number of participants also joined via Zoom.
