HAL Rules & Regulations

Rule 3: Regulations Regarding High Ability Learners

Rule 3 is the Nebraska regulation that explains how schools must support high ability learners. It is based on Nebraska state law (Neb. Rev. Stat. 79-1105 through 79-1108.03). This website provides guidance, communication resources, and templates to support all Nebraska public school districts as they follow Rule 3.
