Active Schools websiteThe 3rd Annual Take Your Parent to PE Week will take place September 23-27, 2019. Sponsored by the Active Schools movement, Take Your Parent to PE Week is a fun, immersive way to introduce parents to the physical education program and teachers at their child’s school. The weeklong campaign encourages parents to engage with PE throughout the year and inspires families to be physically active together at home and in the community.

How to participate:

  1. Toolkits are available for schools and parents to help make planning easy and participation fun!
  2. While not mandatory, registering your school as a Take Your Parent to PE Week participant will help us track success and make your school eligible to receive prizes from our partners. REGISTER YOUR SCHOOL.
  3. Share the fun with #ParentsLovePE and be sure to tag @ActiveSchoolsUS
  4. Visitactiveschoolsus.org/pe-week for more information.
