Sponsorship

Sponsorship Perks and Expectations

Thank you for supporting Nebraska’s education data community and helping make the conference a valuable experience for attendees.

This guide summarizes the benefits of being a conference sponsor, the exhibit resources provided, optional sponsorship opportunities, and responsibilities before and during the event.

Standard Sponsorship Perks

  • One complimentary conference admission, including access to conference sessions, conference-provided food and refreshments, free parking, and conference Wi-Fi.
  • An exhibit area assigned according to sponsorship level: Platinum, Gold, or Silver. Higher sponsorship levels receive priority placement.
  • One 8-foot table and one chair in the assigned exhibit area.
  • Recognition on the conference website with sponsor details and sponsorship level.
  • Recognition during conference lunches with sponsor details and sponsorship level.
  • Opportunities to connect with education professionals, data peers, conference partners, organizations, and vendors.

Sponsorship-Level Benefits

  • Platinum sponsorship
    • Includes priority exhibit placement, the option to provide swag-bag inserts, and the option to receive brief verbal recognition during one conference lunch. Recognition may be delivered by a conference representative or by a vendor representative for a few minutes.
  • Gold sponsorship
    • Includes preferred exhibit placement after Platinum sponsors and the option to provide swag-bag inserts.
  • Silver sponsorship
    • Placement follows Platinum and Gold sponsorship placement.

Optional Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Additional admission tickets
    • Sponsors may purchase additional admission tickets. Each additional ticket includes the same attendee benefits as regular conference admission: access to sessions, conference-provided food and refreshments, free parking, and conference Wi-Fi.
  • Break sponsorship
    • Sponsoring a break means a placard displaying the sponsor’s name will be placed near the food or refreshment area during a morning or afternoon break on one day.
  • Raffle sponsorship
    • Sponsoring a conference raffle means NDE will select appropriate gifts and conduct the raffle in the sponsor’s name. Winners are announced at lunches along with sponsor recognition.
  • Additional presentations
    • Sponsors have the option to reserve a presentation timeslot at the conference. This presentation opportunity receives the same perks and expectations of a conference presenter, it requires approval and must be purchased.  SIS vendors and certain organizations may already have sessions available for free, confirm before purchasing.

Sponsor Expectations

  • Primary contact information
    • Provide the name, professional headshot, short bio, title, email address, and phone number of the primary sponsor contact.
  • Conference representative information
    • Provide the contact information for each representative who will attend or staff the exhibit area.
  • Sponsor details
    • Provide the company and sponsorship information needed for recognition on the conference website and during conference lunches.
  • Presentation information, when applicable
    • If a presentation option is purchased or an SIS vendor session is scheduled, provide the presentation title, description, presenter information, and requested materials by the deadlines communicated by the conference team.
  • Staff the assigned area
    • If attending onsite, representatives should be present in the assigned vendor area during the published vendor and exhibit times.
  • Remain within the assigned space
    • Displays, games, giveaways, and materials should remain within the vendor’s assigned area and should not block walkways or neighboring spaces.
  • Follow conference guidance
    • Vendors must follow conference instructions for setup, activities, presentations, food sponsorships, raffles, and onsite operations.
  • Notify the conference team of changes
    • Notify the conference team as soon as possible if attendance, staffing, sponsorship activities, or presentation plans change.

Remote Sponsorship Option

Sponsors are not required to attend the conference onsite. A discount code is available to remove the attendee admission and onsite table, chair, and exhibit-area costs from the sponsorship arrangement. Remote sponsors continue to receive all other benefits associated with their sponsorship level, including applicable recognition and sponsorship opportunities.
