Session Format and Audience Participation
- Traditional or demonstrative presentations
- Reserve no more than 25% of the assigned session time for audience questions. Most of the session should be used for planned content or demonstration.
- Roundtable sessions
- Reserve at least 75% of the assigned session time for audience questions and discussion. Use a brief introduction to frame the topic, then focus on participant conversation and shared experience.
Multiple and Repeat Presentations
Presenters are welcome to submit or deliver multiple presentations. Each proposed session remains subject to conference review, available space, and scheduling.
If the conference team expects a session to be especially popular, the presenter may be asked whether the session can be offered a second time. Repeating a session is optional, and the presenter has the right to decline the request without affecting the original session.
Attendance Changes and Cancellations
- If you are unable to present, notify the conference team as soon as possible.
- When possible, identify a qualified replacement who can deliver the accepted session.
- If you do not plan to attend both conference days, notify the conference team at least 30 days before the conference.
Co-Presenters
Co-presenters are welcome. The following registration and scheduling guidelines apply:
- Complimentary admission applies to designated presenters. A person participating only as a co-presenter does not automatically receive free conference admission.
- Co-presenters are encouraged to submit or lead a separate session so they may qualify for presenter admission.
- A designated presenter may join another session as a co-presenter. The conference team will make a reasonable effort to avoid overlapping those session times.
