Please log onto your portal accounts and go to the “My Profile” tab and check to make sure your contact information (especially the email address) is up to date. It is very important to keep this information updated as the Department of Education uses the email address that is in the users’ Portal account to send vital information.

2025-2026 Course Codes and Clearing Endorsements Now Available

2025-2026 Course Codes and Clearing Endorsements are now available: https://coursecodes.www.education.ne.gov/

The website features several helpful tools including:
1. A Changes tab in the Menu bar at the top of the page – view all changes from the prior year
2. Search Fields – search by specific key words, a Course Code number or even an Endorsement Code
3. Select Subject – select only Math, Special Education or any other subject specific courses

HOW TO CONTACT THE NDE SERVICE DESK

The NDE Service Desk uses a Ticketing System called Jitbit. When you send an email to: ADVISERHelp@nebraskacloud.org it automatically creates a ticket. In your email, please include your full name, organization, a detailed description of your question, and contact information. All questions are answered in the order in which they are received. We will respond as soon as possible.
