New ADVISER Validation Errors/Warnings – Coming Soon
Public Districts, Special Purpose Schools
The following new errors and warnings (listed below) will be activated for the 2026-2027 school year in ADVISER Validation approximately October 1, 2026. Not all Districts/Schools will see these errors/warnings. They will only display if they apply to your 26-27 ADVISER data.
Error 826: Student Enrolled in a Special Purpose School Missing a School of Residence
Error 827: Special Education Setting Code Invalid for Age 3 Student in a Part B program as of October 1
Error 828: Special Education Setting Code Invalid for Prekindergarten Student Age 4 or 5 in a Part B Program as of October 1
Error 829: Special Education Setting Code Invalid for Kindergarten Student Age 5 or Older as of October 1
Error 830: Multiple Grade Levels Reported for Student as of October 1
Error 831: Multiple Residencies or Residency Statuses Reported for a Student as of October 1
Error 832: Multiple English Learner Program Records Reported for a Student as of October 1
Warning 833: Student Previously Reported as Redesignated Fluent English Proficient Is Not Currently Reported as Fluent
Error 834: Special Education Setting Code 26 “Nonpublic School Student with an ESP” Reported for a Resident Student
Error 835: Student Reported as an English Learner Participant Has Previously Been Reported as Redesignated Fluent English Proficient
Error 836: English Learner Program Record Reported as “Student Tested Proficient on Screener” But Also Reported as Participating or Redesignated Fluent
