NDE Contract Opportunities

Requests for Information
Requests for Information are primarily tools NDE uses for market research, to discover how certain services are being provided or what services are available. NDE will also use an RFI to gauge vendor interest in providing services that may be directly awarded by NDE.
Requests for Proposal
Requests for Proposal are the primary formal, competitive proposal method used by NDE for the provision of services to the agency. Proposals are usually evaluated on the basis of cost and technical merit.
Requests for Applications
Requests for Applications are used by NDE to solicit submissions from qualified applicants for grant funding opportunities or program participation. Unlike an RFP, which focuses on procuring services and goods, an RFA seeks proposals that align with specific program goals and funding priorities established by NDE.
