Support to the Council: Council work is supported by staff assigned by the Nebraska Department of Education, fiscal agent for the Council. The agency representative oversees staffing and fiscal management. The facilitator works with the Council’s chairperson and Steering Committee to develop meeting agenda and manage other ECICC business. The secretary provides minutes, maintains membership data, and handles meeting logistics. |
