Seal of Biliteracy Impact & Community Support

The Nebraska Department of Education works with the Nebraska International Language Association to award Nebraska high school students for studying and obtaining proficiency in two or more languages.  Nebraska joined other states across the United State who have endorsed the Seal of Biliteracy on January 14th. The following image shows the states that have adopted the seal, and all these states acknowledge this seal from other states.  More than 20 universities recognize the Seal of Biliteracy, including the Nebraska Seal of Biliteracy. For more details, please visit this spreadsheet.
