Defining Bullying
Bullying is identified as a behavior that is performed. It is important not to label students as “bullies” as it may lead students to internalize these message and lead them to belief that they are inherently a bully. Rather, bullying can be defined as a behavior that is dynamic and can be changed.
Bullying behavior is a complex term that often times gets confused with other violent/aggresive behaviors like teasing, being unkind, and harassment.

Bullying is a complex behavior. For something to be considered bullying it must fit all the following criteria.
Cyber Bullying is differentiated from the willful and repeated harm inflicted through the use of computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices
