What specific criminal charges am I required to report?

Any crime that would be considered a felony. Any misdemeanor that involves abuse, neglect, or sexual misconduct or an act of moral turpitude. A list of misdemeanor crimes that would qualify is found in Section 003.12 of Rule 21. In addition, a school district must have policies and procedures in place that would prohibit districts providing assistance to employees who have engaged in sexual misconduct from obtaining employment in another district.
