IDEA-Part C Reports: In Nebraska, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)-Part C, infants and toddlers with disabilities ages birth-3, is carried out by the Nebraska Department of Education and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services as co-lead agencies, which prepares the reports that are submitted to the U.S. Department of Education. The reports are submitted to the Governor by the ECICC, which serves as the state interagency coordinating council for Part C.
