Annual Board Approval


Institutions are required, on an annual basis, to submit NDE Form 20-004, Application for Approval for Specific Programs of Educator Preparation. In addition, institutions are responsible for including Rule 24 matrices for all new and revised endorsement areas to their Educator Preparation Program with the 20-004 form. The files listed below contain the matrices.

Matrices for Endorsements Pending Official Approval

These endorsements were passed by the State Board Feb 3, 2017. They are now linked to the DRAFT version of a matrix. The matrix will be a DRAFT version pending final approval by the Secretary of State. For current versions of these endorsements see the Rule 24 Endorsement Status page.
