Affidavit For Instructional Hour Exception (2022-23 School Year)

School systems that do not meet the instructional hours requirements may submit an affidavit electronically in PDF to the NDE after the district/system school year calendar concludes. School systems will submit completed and notarized affidavits no later than June 30, 2023.  Affidavits may be attached to an email sent to nde.accreditation@nebraska.gov or mailed to:
