Students work in pairs to use the internet to research nature and outdoor activities from the target countries.
Students work in pairs to interview people from the target countries about nature/outdoor activities.
Students compare/contrast nature and outdoor activities from the target countries with the United States.
Individual Activities:
Students keep a personal outdoor activity journal.
Students conduct a nature and/or outdoor activites survey of target countries.
Students make a personal Nature/Outdoor Activities Likes/Dislikes Collage.

Assessments:

Individual Projects:
Students keep an outdoor activity journal and compare with outdoor activities of target countries.
Students create a Nature/Outdoor Interest Inventory Graph showing results of the survey.
Students make a personal Nature/Outdoor Activities Likes/Dislikes Collage meeting specified rubric criteria.
Oral Presentation:
Each student orally presents their Likes/Dislikes Collage to the class (using their collage as a visual) meeting specified rubric criteria.
