ECICC Projects and Relationships
The ECICC serves in an advisory and stakeholder capacity for grants and reports about early childhood that are required or conducted by state agencies under statutory authority. Currently, a state advisory council (SAC) grant from the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) of 2009 supports two priority focus areas of the ECICC. The Council receives regular updates on these projects and other early childhood initiatives that relate to ECICC priorities or are of special interest.
