Grade 4 - These samples of student writing are responses to the writing prompt for the 2009-2010 Nebraska Statewide Writing Assessment for students in Grade 4.
The example of PROFICIENT writing represents the minimum proficient level of performance on the assessemnt. the example of EXEMPLARY writing represents the highest score possible on the assessment.
Grade 8 - These samples of student writing are responses to the writing prompt for the 2009-2010 Nebraska Statewide Writing Assessment for students in Grade 8.
