Technology Plan

 

The CDC Technology Plan is open.

Tech Plan Workbook (Word document): The workbook begins with a brief description of the parts to be completed followed by appendices that include a look at the main menu, a copy of what a completed plan report will present to you, and finally worksheets that you can begin filling out now so that when the plan opens online you are ready to input your information. We recommend you copy and save Appendix C as your planning document from which you can copy and paste text into the CDC.

CDC Instructions: These instructions will guide you on login and collection access permission processes. If this is your first time using the Portal, you must first register an account. Your district data administrator should already be familiar with using the NDE portal and CDC tools.
