ThinkQuest
This is an annual contest that challenges students, from ages 12 to 19 to use the Internet as a collaborative, interactive, teaching and learning tool.

United States Academic Decathlon
Teams for other schools compete against each other to match their intellects with students from other schools. Nebraska contact information for Academic Decathlon is included on this site.

Kids Philosophy Slam
This is the home of the Kids Philosophy Slam. Kids are given a voice and are able to inspire other kids by unlocking their intellectual and creative potential through a unique and powerful philosophical forum.

National Academic League
National Academic League motivates and recognizes academic athletes much like their athletic peers. Using competiveness, team work, critical thinking, scholarship and problem solving, each team demonstrates enthusiasm and pride just as an athletic team.

National Geographic Bee
The National Geographic Bee is an academic contest designed to encourage the study of geography in the nation's classrooms. Each state sends a winner to the national contest every year. Also many teaching materials and lessons are contained on this site.
