NDE 20-004 EDUCATOR PREPARATION APPROVAL MATRICES
Institutions are required, on an annual basis, to submit NDE Form 20-004, Application for Approval for Specific Programs of Educator Preparation by June 1. In addition, institutions are responsible for including Rule 24 matrices for all new and revised endorsement areas to their Educator Preparation Program with the 20-004 form. The files listed below contain the matrices.
