State Fiscal Stabilization Fund

SFSF – Funding for education to help states restore K-12 school funding to the greater of fiscal year 2006 or 2009 levels. It also authorizes the use of these funds to allow existing state formula increases to support elementary and secondary education for fiscal years 2010 and 2011.
